FamilyHub has not published a separate Terms of Service document yet. This page restates the terms that FamilyHub's published privacy policy and its App Store listing already state, and nothing more.
Accounts
- You register an account and create a family profile to use the app
- Parents must create accounts for children under 13, and manage those accounts
- By using FamilyHub you consent to the privacy policy and agree to its terms
Plans and payments
- FamilyHub has a free tier with essential features
- FamilyHub Plus and Pro are paid plans that add features such as unlimited storage, advanced analytics and calendar sync
- Subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat, and FamilyHub does not store credit card data
Your content and your family
- You create the tasks, events, notes, messages and photos in your family space
- Family members can see shared content, and parents can view their children's task completion and progress
- You can delete specific content, and you can request account deletion, which removes your family data within 30 days
Privacy
How information is collected, used and shared is set out in the Privacy Policy. FamilyHub does not sell personal information to third parties.
Changes
FamilyHub may update its policies from time to time. It notifies you in the app, updates the Last Updated date and emails you about significant changes. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the update.
