What is FamilyHub?
FamilyHub is a family organizer app. It combines a shared calendar, tasks and chores, a weekly meal plan with a shopping list, a family chat, photos and more in one place.
How do stars and rewards work?
Kids earn stars for completing tasks and chores. The family keeps a shared star balance, and stars can be redeemed for rewards that parents add.
Does FamilyHub sell my family's data?
No. The FamilyHub privacy policy states that it does not sell personal information to third parties, and that data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Is FamilyHub free?
FamilyHub has a free tier with essential features. Paid plans called Plus and Pro add features such as unlimited storage, advanced analytics and calendar sync.
Which languages does it support?
English and Turkish.
Who can see what is in our family?
Family members can see the shared content: tasks, events, the calendar, photos and messages. Parents can view their children's task completion and progress.
Can I turn off location sharing?
Yes. Location is only used if you enable the Family Locator feature, and you can turn off location sharing at any time.
How do I export or delete my data?
You can export your family data in a portable format, delete specific content such as tasks, events and photos, or request account deletion. Deleting an account removes your family data within 30 days. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].
How do I manage notifications?
Notifications are optional: you can disable push notifications in your device settings.
